DHL has successfully implemented a document management solution Xerox printing, in order to provide support and an efficient tool for back office. The solution is available for more than 3 000 500 employees, while serving the operational areas of import and export company in direct contact with customers.

The document management solution Xerox printing was implemented in late 2009 and DHL Express has meant a saving of 20 to 25% compared with the previous printing solution that was managed in house.
This solution was able to standardize the printing process of the company nationwide. Now they have installed a total of 405 teams in 56 seasons Xerox and more than 200 points of sale of DHL, which meet all the technical, financial and human resources that the company requires.
The most tangible benefits experienced by the company thanks to this solution have been reflected in four points as the savings in consumables, paper savings, lower purchasing parts and service above all an expert in document management solutions and printing Xerox.
